Pygmy Bearded Dragon or Bearded Dragon

Hey all have seen this thread but need some exact answers hope that you guys can help me out!
I have a 185 litre tank or 36in X 14in X 15in (h)
i want to get either one singluar eastern bearded dragon for the tank or two pygmys though i am not sure which one i want some general knowledge from any one who has kept these species. As of now i am probably leaning towards two pygmys because i dont want to cramp a full grown beardie into a three foot tank.
i just want to know how they handle?
how much to feed them?
and some good ideas for a tank set up.

I think it's a little small for a eastern beardie unless you plan to upgrade.

I have my pygmy in an enlcosure that size and it seems pretty happy and friendly, only took about a week for it to get used to me handling it,

Thats good but im not sure would it fit a pair or maybe a trio?
