Over the past week, Snakehandler staff have been working very hard on a site in Rockhampton, Hastings Deering, we have removed over 100 snakes so far with a few more days left here. We have too many photos to view here, but they are on the Snakehandler Fan page on facebook. Welcome to Facebook
Here are a few though

Current count this week is 106 snakes on one site alone, the site is one of the first to go under, and of course one of the last to be dry...so lots of snakes, we got there after most of the water had receded, most of the snakes had been able to move on. The colours of the brown snakes has been astonishing, ranging from almost black body and orange underbelly, through to the beautiful orange/red color in the photo above. Many other snake catchers local to the area have been busy helping around town.DSC_6195.jpgDSC_6207.jpgDSC_6229.jpg
