Gorgeous..

Nice pics pete, love the red nose, i think its a photoshop job though...

Dynamite photos, and for Pete's Sake what great looking red bellies you have Pete  :D

Yes, and the difference in obtaining vens in Vic is just a simple case of spending more $$$ on an advanced license. Sounds like trouble to me :?

How expensive is the advanced license in Vic??

The RBB's are gorgeous, it's a shame we can splurge on a girlfriend for Roger....

Shame on you steve - Pete is meant to be your friend.... I have seen that clown in the flesh and can vouch for its red noise.

(May have also seen the dad - Pete has some good looking RBB.)

kris, i think from memory its $150 first year, and it drops a little bit the year after to about $135 or something like that.....

just call D.S.E

Was just asking out of curiosity to compare it to the Specialist Licenses here. It's $200 for 5 years here.

we only have to groups, basic and advanced....which is stupid i think.

Things like GTP's and angle headed dragons are on advanced, i think our advanced should be broken into two parts with elapids on their own.

too easy for someone who does not know what they are doing going out there and buying a advanced lic and then some elapid.

i like the way n.s.w does their lic in regards to elapids.

Oops, got that one wrong, we used to call them Specialists, now they're just an extension on the Recreational Wildlife Permits, the price I posted was about right. $200 or thereabouts.

That does sound like a bit of a worry :|

Can someone please throw up a pic of what they keep their RBBS in?
Mine little fella is outgrowing his click clack and I am looking for Ideas
Cheers

i would just make the same sort of cage you would for pythons, but with the added option of top opening as well.

some ppl make hides that they can close with a hook just in case they want to do something and not remove the snake.

locked enclosure in a locked room freerider. I'll take a couple of pics on the weekend. I'll also throw in a shot of the alarm system and the combination.

That Alarm and Combination looks like it might have the reverse effect on a would-be thief! hehe

Sorry, I'm still drooling over the RBB snake pics. What awesome looking snakes you have Pete :D
