Shedding

One of my Pogona henrylawsoni is shedding its skin. These are my first herps, i just wanted to know if you need to help them, she seems to be doing fine so far. Thanks in advance.

Hi AdamR,

They will shed on there own, especially if they have something rough, like a rock or sticks. My Beardies use each other even though they have there sandstone and branches (not that they appreciate being rubbed all over with dead skin :wink: ).

Thanks guys! Shes finished shedding. She looks as colourful as the day I bought her, really nice greenish and orange spots. Now for my other one to shed.
