Hi , my carpet python sometimes shudders his head,(similar to the way i do when im cold)
he does it very occasionly and i know it is not caused by humans suddenly appearing in front of the tank. Has anyone else experienced this? is it bad? any answers appreciated, thanks

what breed of snake is it ?and what are the temps ?and how old ?this may help with answers

Sorry, how obvious!. He/she ia a south west carpet (morelia spilota imbricata) approx 2 years old housed in an exo terra glass tank with a ministat set at 31 degrees ,the lower end of the tank ranges between 30 and 25 degrees,he feeds perfectly every week ,handles very well (when he feels like it!) and feels very strong.

It Maybe Still Cold With An All Glass Enclosure .from What I Have Read And Heard Glass Tanks Are A No No
