Could this species of spider harm adults or kids ?, as we have heaps popping up everyday lately.

Golden orb weaver by the looks, the webs are everywhere at the moment. Not deadly but i doubt a bite would be much fun either

Not very toxic - but may course Necrotising arachnidism: Progressive ulceration and loss of skin around the site of a biting by a number of araneomorph spider species. Its cause is uncertain and for this reason no fully effective treatments are available at the present time.

May also course anaphylactic shock – but it would be pretty hard to get one of these guys to bite. They tend to fall to the ground when startled.
 
one on the left is definitely an orb weaver i will have to post some picks of my spider when he comes out his hole next
