swallowing

guys my carpet whos only self -eaten a few times is currently tryint to swallow a fuzzy i put in.. im a bit worried shes trying to swallow it ****- first,,, can this be bad, should i intervene or will she give up and let go if it cant swallow.?

i doesn't really matter what way the food item goes down, most prey items go down head first so that all the limbs fold back against the body making it easier to swallow.
