It's a file snake , an aquatic harmless snake from up Darwin way... lives under water and eats fish.

I have been hounding penny about selling it to me for years
It's in a 200L tank fully sealed , tanic acid and salt..., it's eaten alot of fish in the last week ( maybe 10 5 - 8cm cichlids)
Any beer except XXXX

Need to see one of these in the flesh. I was annoyed that one of these popped up for sale actually.
Really wanted one but I got a Mitchell's Water Monitor instead which is extremely entertaining.

There's just something about semi aquatic and fully aquatic reptiles that make me giggle like a school girl.

Also what aquarium do you own?

Nearly 4 years... was captive born heres the thread ( I missed out on these at the time) http://www.aussiepythons.com/forum/sale-snakes-43/file-snakes-sale-51850/

It's only around 3 foot or so , So I would guess a male going on size?

I wouldn't mind a few more ... but they do take 10 years to mature... from what I have read.
