Yep, mix it with sand if using it. Bunnings sell same thing alot cheaper then eco-earth.

Is that one of those bricks that you put into water and it expands into that peat stuff?
If it is I would mix it with sand, gets it into good texture and not too humid

That stuff is fine to use.
When expanding it in water remember to rinse it well after expanded and let it dry out some before using.
It can smell a bit if not rinsed properly.
