Thick-tailed gecko feces looking wrong

Hi. My thick-tailed gecko has never had any problems so far. But lately i've noticed something funny about the feces. They are look like small squased pancakes instead of the normal pellet shaped ones i used to get. My gecko is active and is still eating.

Sounds like it may be worms.
