it was simply a term that a member told me i was doing...a long time ago
but has always interested me in whether ....well what peoples opinions where
not to argue a point about the term.... but to discus about different methods..& why & why nots
 
I'm a male and don't have mammary glands, but i always get told off for the way i treat my animal companions. i get told that i treat them better than i do humans but i don't care as if i ever need affection or cuddles they are always there ( my mammalian ones anyway).
 
yes the animals that are cruel in life ....are the ones who talk
its the animals who ......dont that each us the most!
 
I think it's a bit too easy to 'humanise' it . While we might be hoping 'a comforting special connection' is happening , it's quite probable that the Snake is just resigned to toleration
because it at least recognizes that it's keeper isn't a danger to it.

Outside of cleaning/feeding , I handle my snakes around once a week, hang-out in the garden for a while etc.
