tricks to getting thick tail gecko to eat

hello everyone i have 2 gecko ones 3 weeks old and wont eat at all the 2 month old one you cant stop him from eating is there any way i can get the 3 week old one to eat ?

how big are the crickets and do you separate the geckos? try putting him in a smaller enclosure and then feed him without using tongs
