Hey everyone, I've got my hands on a very large enclosure, but needs a good sand and polish... Anyone know a good varnish or something that is friendly for my olive?

On the outside it shouldnt matter. I just made one and on the inside I used textured paint and a waterproof coating over the top just to be sure. All water based.

I use marine varnish to seal it properly then after it dries properly I disinfect it.

Marine varnish sounds good, Ive been using pondtite or similar. How much is it?

I payed 80 dollars for 10 liters it's expensive but lasts forever.

Thats about the same as pondtite so not too bad. I think Im going to have a look into that. :)

I got the textured paint and pondtite at bunnings. Not sure about marine varnish.
