We have had a reasonable response to the track system with a few praising of its functionality. Problems had arrised due to installation difficulties, largely in part to the great care required to install it within the tight tolerances the system required.

We feel that while the system has strong pro's the installation prevents some from taking on the product. There are also some design issues that have come up and we wish to put further R&D into this, and so also decided to drop the product line while we work on this.

We do endeavour to have the product back and ready for sale, however the process may take a very long time due to the high costs involved with some of its key components. If we can't get around the installation complexities, we may look into an instructional video as suggested by one of our customers.

For those who had already purchased this product from us, we thank you for the support, and are letting you know that you will continue to have the technical support and spare parts support should you need it in the future.

Right now Virides is taking on a focused, streamlined approach to what it offers and we are currently in talks with a new web developer to bring a much fresher online experience. We also hope to return to the Gold Coast Reptile Show and Scales and Tails Festival in the new year. We will also be launching our improved V-Cell Filter System sometime in the near future so look out for that. We also hope to bring back those competitions we used to run :)
