water crystals for my scorpion?

i have a black rock scorpion and just wanted to know if i should use water crystals (cos its less work) or just stick with the shallow dish

neither, i dont use water dishes for any of my scorps or spiders, they get all the moisture needed from their environment or from food.

sooo ill just give em a spray everyday

dont do that either. Just keep the substrate slightly moist. They are from dry woodlands so dont like it too humid
