what do i feed baby blue tounges

i'm getting 2 today i dont know much about them but they are around 10cm long..
the guy i'm getting them off probably will tell me what to feed them and what heat to have in there home.. if anybody could help me that would be cool

For starters, if you are getting them today you probably should have investigated their requirements earlier than now.

But basically they will need a lamp (normal light globe is fine, I use a 40w full power) and a UV. They will need a long enough enclosure that they can get away from the heat if they need to. Flooring you can use newspaper, tiles, or I find whats best is Aspen bedding (use the Kaytee brand, not the zoomed. Its available at Pet Barn).

Food can be most veges (i mainly use peas, brocolli, squash, chinese greens ie bok choy), with half meat (dog food is ok, or I use mince if I can). I also feed live food (crickets) which they love chasing.
