what do you gut-load your feeders with?

I have never had the crickets/woodies eat it, they love carrot and apples though

I feed my woodies the 'dust' that is sieved from the rat food. Can't get better gut loading food for insects IMO.

Hmm never thought of that Daz, shame I dont keep rats anymore, thanks for the tip though ^^
