What happened to User CP

Since the Wiki menu has been added to the menu bar, User CP has gone missing. What happened to it?

Another new menu on the menu bar is Quick Links. I don't know what this is supposed to do but when I click on it, it just reloads the same page but jumps to a different section.

I am running Linux and using Konqueror as my browser.

Quick Links has always been on the menu - perhaps you didn't notice it before. Not sure why "Quick Links" is not working for you (this is where User CP now lives) but I'm just downloading a new distro and will install Konqueror to check it out.

It is still happening. The page that I'm on just jumps to a different area but still no sign of the User CP menu.

I know what you are refering to Hix, but it is not working for me. As a Linux user, I know that I'm in the minority.
