what is this gecko?

ive alway wondered what the actual name is for these little guys they're everywhere

Yeah they are an introduced pest. But so far they have had no known impact on wildlife in the Australian bush only in rural areas. It is hypothesised they could outcompete some species in certain ecotomes seeing as they have had hugely adverse impacts on some island species of Nactus.
