My Black Headed Python has recently had a small problem with scale rot, I've treated this and I'm pretty certain I've fixed that problem. However, the scales around her mouth and particularly eyes have gone whitish and flakey. Could this be further scale rot (although I've heard that only affects the belly), or maybe a mite problem?
