Why cant I post a Thread in the For Sale Sections?

Hi I have been trying to post a thread in the For Sale section and everytime a message appears telling me I cant how can I resolve this?

Hi,

You have to be a subscriber or a seller to be able to post on the for sale section, get in touch with the administration and they will let you know the procedure on becoming one.
