why cant i sent private msgs

hi i was wonderin since the face lift of this site i cant send any private msgs when i try it says that i have to go edit profile but when i do that it says nothin bout switchin on msgs if anyone could help it would be great thanks again

Hey Sam,

Go to "User CP" then go to "Edit Options" then go down to Private Messages and put a tick in the "Enable Private Messaging" box. Then click on "Save Changes" and you should be right to go.
