hello all i recently brought a pygmy bearded dragon female she is about 3 months i decided changing the substrate from paper to "zoomeds Vita-sand" i got told that it shouldnt harm her but just worried and since i put her in the new enclosure all she seems to do is cruise aropund eating some of the sand is this normal? will it hurt her in any way?
any help and info is greatly appreciated :)

it's fine to keep them on sand but if she's eating it she may get impaction. you might want to think about changing the substrate just in case!
