On Feb 7th the chinese will celebrate the Year Of the Rat.The courier mail has an article today saying that traditionally the Year Of the Rat is one of bad luck ect ect so they want to change the name to the more quote "Sanitised" Year of the Mouse pftt. Since when are mice more snaitised than rats?? what a load of rat poop, anyway the chinese arnt having a bar of it as they say the years are preset and you cant change em just because of the names and the bad luck that comes with it. Well ill be celebrating the Year of the Rat this year I love em and they do well for the snakes also.

typical, someone wants to try changing yet another old tradition/belief... It'll start with the name, then they'll want to change what the year of the rat means to be/sound more "lucky"
I say leave it alone there's nothing wrong with it...
Gotta have the bad luck with the good luck it's called having a balance
