Stimsons Enclosure/Proherp panels

I'm planning on setting up my adult stimsons python enclosure 900L x 500W x 450H with heating from a radiant heat panel. To those who have experience with these what wattage do you think I'd need? Also, if I mount it on the ceiling of the enclosure and have a basking shelf at whatever distance gets me 30-33C is that all the heating I need for him?

Because stimsons pythons are nocturnal they get most of their heat through their belly unlike other species such as carpet pythons who get radient heat. I don't think it really matters, but a heat cord or UTH would be alot cheaper than a heat panel?

I have a spotty and as far as i'm concerned there quite similar and mine completely rejects basking spots and stays in his hide during the day exploring mainly at night. I wouldn't bother with a heat panel, as Naomi said I would just get heat cords.
