Yeah I'm confused, it looks like a snake and the other pic looks like some sort of Parrot - Sulphur Crested Maybe??
Poor thing though, wasnt expecting that...

Its an Olive python which has eaten a cockatoo. It didnt look like it had been attacked and a cockatoo is a pretty big feed. I would say the python was between 1.5 and 2 metres, it was a little hard to tell as it was so dried out and has probably shrunk.

Tried to eat a meal and either ended up being the meal for something else or its own meal got its own back.

I highly doubt it was killed by eating a cockatoo, that sounds average or even small as a meal size for an Olive.
