I placed a news article in the news forum: “Snake handler Raymond Hoser has licence revoked”.
I received a notification reply and when I opened the request I am told.

2. The administrator may have disabled your account due Site Rule infractions.
In an attempt to find out what is going on and why the post is missing I then wanted to direct my query to Admin and get told
Administrator has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.
If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove Administrator from the recipient list and send the message again.
Would someone Please be so kind as to assit in this matter.
