Bearded dragon heating and lighting

Hi guys just wanted to know If you guys could help me out with heating and lighting for pygmy bearded dragon, I'm hopefully getting in one in 3-4 months but I just need to know more info on light and heating, I know you need a UVB but what about day and night heating , I heard you cant use night red infrared light heating cause they can see it and it disrupts there sleep so Im not to sure what to use at night, also if you guys can tell me where to get the stuff from that would be great. Heat lamp set on 38-40 degrees and the uv light should be on a timer to run for about 7 to 8 hours a day or sun light.

i use a red heat light, no issues they have hides and puts themselves to bed when i turn white uvb light off
