Beardie Bite

I have a male beardie with a bite on his upper eyebrow recieved whilst mating, should I put anything on it? ie. betadine etc :?:

can do, but dont get it in his eye...
My female got bitten on her nose and it had taken ages to heal... I guess cause they only shed a couple of times a year
