Thanks for you help.Thought so, As 10.0 is more of a desert dwelling species. For the heating can I just use a 100 basking sport or Halo gen lighting ? The lighting will be in the enclosure not on top of it. The enclosure is made of wood. (Even tho this is off topic, Would MVB be okay for a Bearded Dragon , As their a desert species ?
 
I use metal halide lights for blue tongues and they thrive. Any Fluorescent globe will only produce a fraction of the UV present in natural sunlight (even when brand new) so all this talk of 5% vs 10% is not really valid IMO.

I choose to provide UV but know of a number of healthy specimens in their teens that have never had exposure to UV. I also know of specimens kept outdoors with unlimited access to natural light that developed MBD...
