Hi People,

On the 29th of April, my partner and I are going to Fremantle in W.A for a week. We have a wedding to go to on the 1st of May, but I was wondering if there are any herpers around there that might want to catch up.

There is a reptile specialist shop in rockingham called Rocky Reptiles if you interested in a look if your down that way. You will see some of our stock there too. Enjoy your trip.

Okay...well if no-one wants to catch up, can any native Western Australian's suggest anywhere we could go where we could expect to see some wild specimens?

Not sure where you would find anything in the wild around Perth or Freo. Would love for you to come visit us but think the 1600km drive might be a bit much although you would get to see heaps of reptiles in the wild! There is a display at the Perth Zoo - not sure what it's like as we haven't been there but non-herper friends tell us it's ok. There is also the Armadale Reptile Centre on the outskirts of Perth which has a variety of native and exotic animals, even a very cool perentie. Pm us if you would like adress. I'm pretty sure there are a few other wildlife places that have reptile displays but not on a large scale. Maybe even a bush walk around some of the National Parks might produce a few sightings and they aren't too far from the city.

Check out whatson.com.au/attractions/nature.htm as that has a few ideas for places to go to check out wildlife. Happy travels
