This is the design I plan on making one day for both Jungles/Bredli (not in the same enclosure obviously). Specs are 1000H x 600W x 600L. Top heat is a propherp panel and a heatcord/tile hide at the bottom. Cool spots would be in the center on branches and such and on top of the hide. Would this be appropriate or should I perhaps ditch the heatcord altogether.

Depending what size heat panel you could ditch the heatcord. Probably best to speak with James at proherp for advice re cage size vs wattage. You might also be able to mount the panel on a shelf rather than the roof of the cage. The heat passes up and down therefore the snake can sit above or below panel.

In your design the panel could sit on the underside of your shelf. Also you want a cool end and hot end. You don't want heat sources at both ends of cage.
