Question re thermostat

Tsbj,
Just wondering, in the picture you have posted, isnt that a digital 'thermometer' installed on the back wall, not a 'thermostat'?

n Guys,
Am i right in understanding, a 'thermometer' just displays the temp in the enclosure, where as a 'thermostat' connects to your heat source, and is set to switch the heat on and off to maintain a certain temp (?)

no, is a thermostat, the same as I use in all my enclosures - it does have a digital display on the front which lets you know what temp the enclosure is running at, but definately a wired in thermostat.
