Council permit required to keep reptiles

When we decide to get another snake, we are not even going to ask the local Council. We will have paid and applied for a permit to keep a second reptile on our premises through the SA DEH, so why should we even have to ask the local Councils permission? Cheers Cheryl STUFF EM!
