Is it really difficult to get a Common Tree Snake onto fish?
I know you can't feed goldfish... so what fish CAN you feed?

Most are sold feeding on fish so i believe its easy to get them onto fish, i'm hopefully picking up a hatchie tonight, at that age they are normally fed on guppies and feeder gudgeons

Okay, cool. Could I put one in a 6 x 2 x 2 glass tank, or would it need to be taller?

I meant 6 foot long, but okay, so 6 feet tall, 2 feet deep, 2 feet long.

i know what you meant, was just saying a taller tank would be better, have vines and fake foliage through it, would look pretty sweet

They feed on fish naturally and will eat them if you give them some (from the mouths of breeders)

You can feed them goldfish but it's important to vary their diet up regardless.
For small GTS I use Gambusia I catch in the local creek.

Would gambusia from a road side drain be ok? I feed them to my turtle with no issues

Most likely I always catch heaps and just leave them in the tank for two weeks just get out any nasty crap that's inside them.

Sweet, its on the side of a quiet dirt road, should set up a feeder tank

I've got a friend who has a pond outside his house that's filled with Gambusia.
