Except for those pesky Pogona Minor - species code Y2192. You can keep them in NSW.

BTW, Western = Pogona Minima
 
P.henrilawsoni are easy to tell from all the other Pogonas. They dont look like bearded dragons.
 
just wondering how a ne species gets into cirrculation. for example when NPWS add another reptile to there species list how do they distribute the reptile. would it be a wild caught animal that is breed into the population?

It's usually a species that is being bred and kept interstate, but not previously in NSW- eg a number of species have been legally wild caught in NT and are now being bred and imported into NSW
