Marbled....
Even though they hide during the day - I love to watch them hunt for the crickets at night.....

Blue-tongue..
They're perfectly fine with being handled, eat crickets, snails, slugs, wood cockroaches, veggies, cat/dog food...
Tank should be 4 feet long, 2 feet high, and 2 feet deep, but if you want, you can make it bigger -- they'll love the extra space.
Try to only have one per tank.

Depends on what you want, there is pro's and con's to both for example a Marbled is smaller and requires less space but a Blue tongue is able to be handled and it really depends on what you are looking for.
