Personally I am happy with F10, it has served me very well so far.

I use Virkon S, primarily because I bought 2kg of the powder about 6 years ago, and still have half left! It's incredibly economical... I believe it is a very effective disinfectant, killing bacteria, moulds and their spores, and viruses, however it has a limited shelf life when mixed (a few days), unlike F10 as far as I know. You need to be careful not to inhale the powder or dust when mixing, and the mixed product is slightly corrosive, but I use it on my hands without any ill effects whatsoever.

I've used it for all this time, and find it great.
