A question for breeders. My brother recently produced his first clutch and has mentioned a change in attitude of his female. She has always been very placid, until he separated her from her eggs. She is now very snappy and slams him every time he handles her. She has been feed back to condition thus canceling out a food response. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes with 1 of my females, she acts as if she's starving and under weight, I think the natural instinct is to get back on as much weight as possible for breeding the next season
