Our small gecko Garnett is shedding (see 'gecko shedding pics' thread in gen herps) but is having trouble. They are kept in a relatively dry enviroment and although the other two had no probs, this one has been about half way for two days now.
Today i put her in a chinese container with moist vermiculite with a hole in the lid, for about 2 hrs. Some more came off her back, but the belly skin is still firmly attached. She began breathing oddly so I took her out, gave a quick mist and returned her to her enclosure.
If anyone knows a better way, please help. cheers
