probably busy as tuesday and wednesday are typically their shipping day, he usually gets back to you fairly quickly.

You will more than likely have a parcel turn up by the end of the week, if not give him another call. I buy almost everything from herpshop and have never had an order not turn up when expected.

I've only dealt with them once. Payment was required upfront and products arrived quickly and properly packed. I will deal with them again
