I have a spotted python, she is just over a year old. I would like to know when do they go into Hibernation and should I continue with feeding her once every two weeks?

Your snake is too young for brumation (snakes don't hibernate). Keep the heat up and continue feeding her. You may have to compensate for the cold temperatures of the cool end by making it slightly hotter in the warm end.

However, if she doesn't feed, don't panic. Turn the heat up a little, and if that doesn't work, offer her food every couple of weeks. Many snakes typically go off their food around this time of year.

I just want to make sure i'm doing the correct thing, as i got some advise to turn the lights and heating off and limit their food, for a few weeks so they go into brumation for 6 weeks or so. how do i know i'm getting the correct advise?
