How common are these skinks?

Hi, Ive been searching google looking at pictures of garden skinks and eastern water skinks and have became interested in them. We have garden skinks in our back yard and water skinks down the river. I was wondering how easy it is to buy a couple? Also whats the price for 1 individual.

hey dont know much about skinks , but this little fella was attacked by some butcher birds,alas it didnt end up making it ,but was wondering what type is it?
