How to post photobucket pics

How do you post those massive photobucket pics that everyone seems to attach to their posts??
I signed up to photobucket but dont know what to do next:x:x:x

hey hoon you scroll down to the pic you've uploaded and the one you want will have

Um i cant help really. After you upload a pic, out your mouse on it, and a little list should pop down. Move your mouse down to the last one and click. It should copy it and just paste it where you want to on a thread!

Well first of all
You upload a picture onto PhotoBucket, then there should be 4 selected like item thingos below the picture once uploaded, you click the last one which is like an image file thing(cant explain good)
