Your freight costs should only be about $40 depending on the total weight..Australian Air Express is one of the few that will freight animals and it just cost me $25 to get a 14month old water python sent from Sydney airport to Brisbane airport.Sixty dollars is for up to 4kg so it would have to be a big snake or container to weigh that much.Remember that they go by dimensions as well as weight so a 1 x 1x 1 container will cost more than a 1kg package would.They take the bigger of the size of course!
