I'm such a noob I don't even have a reptile yet!

Hi all
I have ordered a tank and will be picking that and a blotched blue tongue up on Monday or tuesday. I'm very excited as i've wanted one for a while now. Havn't decieded on wether to get a male or a female yet though. Are their temperments much different?

Has anyone mentioned to you that you are starting an addiction?

Baby blue tongues are extremely hard to sex, on there own the temperament is the same in either sex.

Haha yeah I know. Wanted somthing more interactive than the tropical fish we have (4 ft tank) ... I really want a geko, snake or small skink but I'm gonna have to wait 2 years for that. The boyfriend wants a marine tank now as well so I have a feeling we will soon be living around tanks!
