Inland taipan rectal prolapse take two...

just got back from a long, long week end poking around the riverina and warrambungles, and my inland taipan has prolapsed again!! he did it a month ago, and i fixed him up, then he shed and started getting active again so i fed him a fuzzy rat.... and now a pink bum bubble again...
does any one out there with plenty of experience with these snakes think that rectal prolapse is common in this species? or did i just buy a dud!...

Someone awhile ago posted a prolapse of an inland. Not 100% but got a feeling it was AustHerps?

yeah, saw that, and some one else posted that they lost an inland from a prolapse, so thats what got me thinking that it may be a common problem...

I know another guy whose inland prolapsed a week after buying it, he is an APS member but didn't start a thread. I was thinking it must be common myself.

Sounds like theres a few Inlands out there with the same problem. I must be lucky, none of my Inlands have ever prolapsed.
