late for the Prom

I thought I had missed this season with my coastals but last night I caught two of them giving it a bit of a shot. Both have only just come of age and size so I thought there was a good chance I was going to miss out this year. I don't know if they had been at it before last night but it was just after I had turned the lights out to go to bed I walked back past their cage and it was on. I checked a little while later and they were unlocked already so I still may have missed but I guess I will know soon enough either way.

mine are still at it, or at least they were when I left Melbourne. I miss 'em But I head back down tomorrow so will be reunited soon
