my chat does not work??? Help???

when i click chat at the top of APS it stats loading then get to this page where it has the loading bar and stuff then when it finishes loading a black box pops up in the box it saids login, the a little X to close it at the top right and it has a dropdown menu of English or English and i can close it or anything and it wont open chat???

all i get is a black box that saids login and lets me choose what language i want but the only choice i get in the drop down menu is English which is fine for me lol

it doesnt say anything when your banned from chat.................you just get what youve been getting...............so youve been a naughty boy............admit it
