I don't buy reptiles often like most people here, usually there's a gap of a year or so between herps.

But I like to work out what I'm going to get as soon as possible.

I want an aquatic lizard like an EWD, but I want something not so common.

Both reptiles I have at the moment (beardy and darwin) are pretty common in captivity, everyone seems to have them. My next reptile I want to be different.

Does anyone know of some nice looking, semi-aquatic lizards that aren't very common in captivity, yet still common enough that it's not going to be a nightmare trying to find one to buy?

Thanks.

the ewds arent that common... or atleast not in my area. they are the best little dragons as hatchlings mine has just started to settle down and will let you pick him up without all the run around... luv my lil peanut, soooo entertaining and really pretty
